Ep 3: What's really driving you to work hard, is it good for you and how to work from alignment instead.

What is it that is driving us to work hard? In this episode I look at some of the unhealthy beliefs that could be driving us to work harder than we need to and how to replace those beliefs with ones that will serve us. 

I also dive into:

  • The things that happened in your childhood that may have set up a common desire to seek approval and love. 

  • The importance of looking at your beliefs underneath why you’re doing things and why you want to achieve or succeed.

  • Some suggestions on what you can do to look at and get real about why you’re doing what you’re doing.

  • Learning about fears, like fear of money, that can be big drivers in your job or business.

  • How to be motivated by value-based intentions instead. 

  • Unravelling the beliefs you have and making sure that they are in alignment with what you’re wanting to create.

Learn how you can integrate your new beliefs that you've created for yourself and start to create a different way of being. Remember, the more in alignment you are with values that feel really good for you and intentions that feel really good for you, the more you get to create a life that feels good.
